3.) Would you be willing to take one, small, sweet step towards creating a more positive relationship with your body? If so, what would that be? If you decide to take the Vow of Self Love, please let us know!

When I was very coming up with the concept for this site, I wrote this in my journal:

What does it really mean to make a vow of self love?

It means not letting myself down but being gentle with myself when I sometimes do.

It means honoring my commitments for MY sake, not because someone told me I “should”.

It means truly being there for ME.

It means doing things on my own behalf.

It means being my own advocate.

It means showing up for myself.

It means not saying yes when I mean NO.

It means saying YES to me.

It means tuning in to the channels of grace and tuning out the critical voices.

It means honestly evaluating my life, not shying away from responsibility but not indulging in self-judgment.

It means taking responsibility for myself 100%. Every choice, every feeling, every outcome.

Self-assessment, not judgment.

100% honesty at all times.

It means moving from self love not loathing or fear.

What do you think? What does it mean to you?
